Healthy skin, strong lashes, natural-looking results that last. We do not believe in overprocessing, chasing trends, or selling you things you do not need. Every service is intentional and focused on long-term results, not quick fixes. CANCELLATION POLICY
The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or canceled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Illuminate Lashes and Beauty, we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments in the 24-72 hours prior to your appointment your ability to pre-book appointments may be revoked and/or we may require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee (in the booking fee instance the amount would be credited to your originally scheduled appointment. If the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled this fee would be forfeited). This is to ensure we are able to fill any cancellation spots. If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance we recommend adding yourself to our waitlist. Should an opening in our schedule occur you will receive a text message notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for you.
